I managed to have my HT just in a 2 weeks from the first contact with EN thanks to Karolina. Must say they are very responsive. The whole team is pretty young and they are very positive. Which is very good to see 👍HT went very well. I must say I felt some pain with anesthesia and extracting but nothing too much. Doctor Zafer was pretty relaxed and communicative. He throws few jokes which were also very pleasant for the whole process. Also, the doctor were there every 20 mins checking progress, when he was not doing his part of the operation. Ms. Kubra did a very good job. She was all the time there from the moment I come in front of clinic until I left the clinic. Kubra provided all answers and details about the procedure. Now in the post op period I am contacted almost daily from Paulina, they are checking latest pictures and progress. Which is very professional. My overall experience with East Nove I will rate with 5 star. I hope the final result will be good. For now it looks pretty okay. Only one thing which at the end did not influence in my rate here is that I had some problem with hotel check-in when I come to Istanbul. So, I am sure that kind of problem won't happen again. Travelling to a foreign country for surgery can be daunting and with so many options who claim to offer the best results, finding a reputable clinic can be difficult. But I am so glad I found Este Nove. They genuinely are the real deal and a clinic you can trust. Airport transfers, hotel accommodation and transport to and from the hospital were all looked after. All I had to do was book my flights. Prior to surgery, there was one final consultation with the doctor where my hairline was designed. Once the local anesthetic is applied, the operation is pain free. In total the procedure took 8 hours including lunch and breaks. On leaving the hospital I was provided with medication and a set of instructions, which became my “go to” manual in the days that followed. The hospital was modern and well maintained. Thank you to the whole team particularly Thomas, Polina, Serena, Cansu and of course Dr. Zafer for your professionalism, care and support. Special mention to Baris (my chief translator and friendliest man in Istanbul) who was a reassuring and helpful presence throughout. It has been one month since my transplant and I am extremely happy with the results so far. Everything is going to plan. Este Nove really excels on communication, all pre and post op questions are answered promptly. Plus Este Nove actively follows up to check on your progress post-surgery. I consulted only a few weeks before my trip to Istanbul with Mr. Batuhan and he was very easy to communicate with and it was easy to choose Estenove over all other clinics in Istanbul due to my communication with the clinic before departure. Hair Transplant went very well. I felt some pain with anesthesia and extraction, but nothing too much. Doctor Zafer supervized the surgery. The surgery was done by a capable staff consisting of Mr Ahmet, Mr Fewzi and Mrs Ayşe. Special thanks to my enjoyable translator Kübra, she was amazing. Now in the post-op period I am contacted several days a week by Paulina and Gülbin, they check the latest photos and progress. I could not recommend EsteNove any higher. Excellent service and wonderful conditions for the treatments.

I was very nervous about going all the way to Turkey to get this hair transplant done. However, from start to finish, the people at EsteNove were incredible. These people are extremely efficient. I don't think I've had an experience like this in the US. They do so many of these operations they're like a well-oiled machine. You'll get a consultation - my guy was named Jason. He was so on top of things. I was 100% prepared for the transplant because of his guidance in the weeks leading up to the operation. In addition, he was just nice and welcoming and check-in on me from time to time via WhatsApp. You will get hotel accommodations (admittedly, this hotel is no US hotel - even if it is 5 stars - but it's not bad. I think in Turkey the stars reflect hospitality more than luxury.) You will get rides to and from everywhere you need to go: airport, clinic, etc. The day of my operation, Jason had prepared me for everything I needed to do the night before, I was picked up promptly and driven to the clinic, my amazing translator Serena was awaiting my arrival and greeted me with kindness that helped me relax. Immediately, I was assessed by the doctor, and then before I knew it I was getting the transplant - again, they are a well-oiled machine. Many people at the clinic do speak a little bit of English. However, they predominately spoke to one another in Turkish - this can feel a little unsettling because you're in a foreign country and you're getting a medical operation - however, everything went very smoothly and overall, everyone was so nice and happy that I was there. They seem like they like their jobs. My transplant doctor/DHI specialist, Ahmet, played the theme song to Harry Potter on his phone and told me that what he does is "magic". And I found that very charming and comforting. The following day, they remove your bandages and teach you how to wash your hair in the beginning stages. The doctor also inspects your hair for any grafts that have come loose -because they can replace them. Fortunately, I didn't have any problems. They set me up with a post-care team that will track my progress over the course of the year. I highly recommend EsteNove. All of my worries were unfounded once I was there. Take the plunge and do it. I received 3.5k grafts. Overall costs were about 1k USD for the plane ticket, 3.5k for the surgery, and 1.2k for the aftercare products (although I purchased about $600 of aftercare that is optional). This is MUCH cheaper than the states, where the max grafts they will perform is 2.5k for about 20k (not including post-op care) It's very well worth it. I'm glad I got this surgery, I've always been so self conscious about my hair and I feel like this will be a life changing decision.

Overall great experience! Transfers from and to Airport/Hotel/Clinic were smooth and arranged in timely manner. Procedure itself took about 8 hours and was pain-less. Was well informed about do/don't before the procedure as well as post operation. Staff was very helpful and walked me through every single step of operation! Thank you EsteNove team, especially Kubra (Translator )who helped so thoroughly from doorstep of the hospital till last day and Polina , who has been helping us till date with all the questions or issues we come across even after we return back to our country. Really apprecieate everyone there and very much looking forward for results!
