My wife just got her hair transplant with Este Nova and the experience was great. The staff were all very friendly and explained everything very clearly and answered all questions in detail. The Este Nova facility is located inside of a very modern and clean private hospital in a nice part of Istanbul. The hotel (Avant Garde in Levent) was excellent as well. The staff here were also extremely friendly and the amenities were very nice. Since my wife was incapacitated for our last day, it was nice to be able to use the gym, pool, and sauna to kill some time. My only suggestions for improvement would be to 1) provide a bit more detail of the process for finding your driver once arriving at the airport, and 2) to cut out the upselling. We weren’t given much detail as to where to find the driver and it was actually pretty hectic at the airport. You have to go outside and find a sort of middleman who then goes and brings you to a driver, along with a group of other people. We were also a bit surprised by the upselling at the post operation follow up appointment. They offer some additional after care products but I wish they would have just created a package that included all of it instead of trying to make a sale when you are vulnerable after an operation. But again, after all of that said, our experience was very good still. Istanbul is beautiful, everyone is very friendly, and who knows when we would have come had it not been for this operation.

Very good experience with EsteNove. Clinic is up to date, staff is very kind, friendly and thorough. The translator was by my side the entire time during the procedure and the nurses keep you engaged and at ease. The injections are the only uncomfortable part of the transplant and the swelling of the forehead after the first night. It gets better day by day if you follow the advice from the staff. I was fearful of not being able to resume work, etc. Not a terrible look and you can definetely mask the donor area if you leave your hair down after a few days. The accomodation was great, staff at the hotel is very friendly and have excellent customer service skills.Transportation was timely to and from the clinic and comfortable.Istanbul is a beautiful city, worth exploring. I wish i arrived earlier to explore some more. Very pleased with my experience and many thanks to Ahmet, Aisha and B. Özel.

I would highly recommend EsteNove for anyone considering hair transplant clinics. The staff is marvelous--particularly the translators. I don't remember all their names (they were my favorite) but sending a big shout out to Baris who was incredibly friendly, helpful and a was always there to lend a helping hand. They were able to extract 5,100 follicles and the medical staff worked 8 hours on my procedure. A big thank you also to Dr. Cetinkaya. The procedure was held at an academic hospital which had a partnership with Partners Healthcare/Harvard too. EsteNove also took care of all my transportation with comfortable transportation and accommodations, and aftercare etc Very happy with my experience and I highly recommend EsteNove to anyone considering FUE or a hair transplant!

Got a hair transplant at Este Nove, felt like a prince the whole time i was there! The doctors was always making sure i was comfortable, providing both food and transport from the hotel to the hospital :) They also help me alot with the aftercare, asking for pictures every few days and keeping me updated on what i need to do :D +they answer almost immidiatly anytime i ask a question, like do you guys ever sleep? 10/10 would do again

From start to finish of my treatment I had an excellent experience. The guys and girls there were amazing, I couldn’t fault them whatsoever ! They were very professional, helpful and friendly. Going to EsteNove saved me around £4-5k what I was quoted here in the UK. The treatment was a little painful, only when the anaesthetic was being giving (that took around 5-10 minutes) after the anaesthetic was done, I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. My treatment took around 4 hours altogether. If you’re looking to save a lot of money for exactly the same treatment here, then honestly, just do it. I would 100% recommend EsteNove.

Amazing team with long experience, focused ONLY and SOLELY on hair transplant! Thank you Dr Zafer, Thomas, Cansu, Kubra, Gülbin, Polina, Majed! They transformed this complex and very delicate surgery into a natural and comfortable experience. My operation did last 7.5 hours and resulted in a high density, perfectly aligned 4800 grafts! There might be 10'000 hairs or more in this transplant, with full regrowth expected in 12 months. Post operation team is very efficient and helpful and will continue to assist me for the next 12 months on answering promptly all questions and offering sensible solutions. All in all a 5 stars experience!

I really enjoyed everything about my procedure and experience. The entire process is very structured and smooth. From the moment I was greeted and received at the hospital, checking in, Dr visit, pre-op tests, actual procedure, post-op follow up, and everything in between is as good as I could hope for. All of their staff are very experienced and thorough while being extremely friendly and courteous. I had my front hair line done at Bosley in US 2 years ago and now went to Turkey for crown area. The costs are fractional compared to US and nothing about the procedure and experience is inferior. I had a large team assisting me at various stages during my stay / procedure. There isn’t really anything I missed by not being local for the post-op follow ups too. They provided extensive care kit and detailed instructions. They stay in touch and monitor the progress even after I came back to US. And the best part of my experience is Kübra, who is my coordinator that stayed with me throughout the process and assisted at every step of the way with so much care and attention. Without her, it would have been an A+ experience and she made it A++++ 🙂 I strongly recommend this place to anyone considering the hair transplantation and absolutely no need to be concerned about it being a distant foreign country.

I had a great experience with EsteNove. They have an amazing group of professionals. My wife and myself were warmly received at the airport in a limo and were taken straight to the hotel. Next morning we were picked up from the hotel in a limo to the clinic . Selen our translator picked us up from the limo and took us to the clinic. She was there step by step explaining all the procedures. The staff and Selen made me very comfortable. Everything was so smooth. The procedure was quick. When I was done with the procedure. Selen our translater explained all the after procedure instructions . And then she dropped us our limo which was provided by the Clinic. Next morning the Limo picked us up to take us to the clinic for a check up. They cleaned and shampooed my scalp and did the prp treatment. And then we said our final byes and selen dropped us to our limo . I feel that we are leaving a family behind. Hope to come back for a second session in 6 months.Selen and Dr Zafer made me very comfortable and she slowed my anxiety down tremendously and I thank you for that Selen. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The shuttles were always prompt and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and professional. I had researched Estenove for years - I wasn’t disappointed. The amazing Kübra who made the entire experience easygoing - she even helped me purchase a charger from the store. I went to Este Nove just a little over a week ago and I'm already very happy with my progress. I'll admit, I was really nervous about picking where to get my transplant and I looked into a lot of different places. After looking through hundreds of reviews, websites, and forums, I decided on Este Nove and I don't regret that decision. I was extremely nervous before the surgery. Sweating bullets, actually. But everyone there was so kind and professional that I felt perfectly safe in no time. One of my conditions was that I didn't want to shave my head and they were happy to comply with that. Using the DHI method, they were able to work around the existing hair. They picked me up at the airport, drove me to a hotel (which is part of the package), and drove me back and forth from the hospital whenever I needed. Not only that, but they're available on Whatsapp 24/7 to answer any questions I have and provide follow up evaluations every other day. My translator, Selene, was very easy to talk to and accompanied me throughout the whole surgery. She was even kind enough to help me out with breathing exercises to calm me down. The surgery itself was a breeze, too. They numb you up so much that you don't feel any pain. I actually fell asleep a few times during the surgery, so it flew by in no time. If you're struggling to choose a place to get your transplant, I recommend Este Nove. I can't really imagine anything they could have done better. It's an amazing deal for the price.
