From the moment I first contacted Este Nove and had my consultation with Alara I knew this was the place to choose and trust for my hair transplant, not a light decision. The knowledge and communication was exceptional throughout, they literally took care of everything, all I had to do was book flights and they sorted absolutely everything in between. Which took a huge amount of stress and anxiety away. I was kept informed of pick up times and what I would need to do, bring along and what exactly was happening throughout the whole experience. Alara even helped me sort an extra night at the hotel out when I had some last minute flight changes, this was all sorted in minutes and changed a stressful hurdle into something sorted out within a few minutes. On the day of the procedure I arrived in my VIP transport and was met by my own dedicated translator (Barış Özel) who was with me for the whole time, he put me at ease right from the outset and explained everything to me. Relaying information between myself and the doctor with ease and confidence, which really put my mind at rest. Baris was with me throughout the whole hospital experience and I felt like I not only had a translator but a friend and moral support with me for the entire time, who looked after my every question and concern. Travelling to Istanbul for the first time on my own for a medical procedure was a daunting experience and Barış Özel made me relaxed and feel at home. He even went above and beyond to ensure I received a special lunch on the procedure day due to my dietary requirements which he choose for me and it was delicious! The doctor, surgical team and staff at the private hospital were very professional and amazing at what they do, they showed me care, respect and an exceptional level of due diligence. A massive personal thank you to Alara and Baris who are a real credit to the team and made a daunting experience into an exceptional one. I had 4500 grafts and although way too soon to tell the final results (at time of writing it is 4 days since the procedure) I have every confidence that I will be overjoyed with the new look just as much as I have been with the whole experience so far.

Excellent experience. Everything they promise was fulfilled. I'm into my 5th week after the implant, and glad I made the move. Yes it feels like a high risk move to go to an unknown country, but to me it was worth it. Greetings from the USA!

I had my first hair transplant procedure with Este Nove about two weeks ago. So far, everything has been going great, I can already tell how well it’s going to look. I would certainly recommend EsteNove to anyone who is looking to have a hair transplant done. The transport was excellent and always on time, the hotel was very nice, the clinic itself was great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The procedure itself went perfectly. There is a small bit of pain at the start for 5 minutes as the anesthetic is put in but the remaining 4 and a half hours of the procedure was painless. It's been 2 weeks since I've had the procedure and my scalp has healed very well. The aftercare team are available to speak with at any time for queries which has helped so much over the last 2 weeks. A special thanks to Zoe, Ilayda, Polina and Gulbin who were a great help before, during and after the procedure and also thanks to the staff who carried out the transplant and cleaned my scalp afterwards. Looking forward to seeing my results!

By far the best hair transplant experience

EsteNove have been fantastic and made the whole process so easy. I booked my flights for Istanbul and all of the rest was organised for me. I was picked up at the airport and taken to my hotel which had been booked in advance by the team. I gave myself a full day before the procedure to explore Istanbul, I highly recommend this as there is plenty to see and it’s a beautiful city. On the day of my procedure I was picked up from my hotel and taken to the hospital where my personal translator Baris was waiting to greet me. He explained to me that he would be my translator for the duration of my stay. I was then taken to meet with the Doctor to discuss the procedure and decide new hair line. The entire team at the hospital were friendly and caring and spoke good English. Baris was fantastic at translating any gaps and also answering all of my questions even regarding after care and products. After the procedure was done I was picked up from the hospital and taken back to my hotel where I rested for the next few days. Baris and other team members were in constant communication with me via WhatsApp and answered any questions that I asked. On my final day I was picked up from my hotel and taken to the airport. Baris and the after care team members have been checking in with me every day and making sure I am recovering well. I would 10/10 recommend EsteNove to anyone and I am so happy with their service and professionalism. Great work!

Este Nove immediately stood out with its team of professionals. The extremely fast and efficient communication, combined with the advice I received from the very first contact with Jack from Este Nove, as well as the willingness to adapt the upcoming operation to my needs, namely to have the maximum number of grafts implanted at once due to the inability to travel again after several months for hair grafting in the crown area, all this made me choose Este Nove. I received detailed instructions on everything before, during and after the surgery. The day before I arrived in Istanbul, Jack contacted me again to ask about my arrival time and from the moment I arrived until the day I took my flight home, the real care began. Starting with VIP transfers to and from the airport, hotel and clinic, the 5-star hotel, located not far from the center of Istanbul, continuing with the welcome at the clinic by the charming Selen, who not only took care of the translation, but also contributed to the positive mood throughout the day of the operation. Hotel was very nice clean and with awesome kitchen, staff were very helpful. Hospital faculty were all kind, cheerful, and willing to help answer any questions and make sure I was comfortable and at ease. The transplant procedure went well, thanks to good team it took only one day so much work. Just head first hair wash performed by stuff two days after.My transplants appear to be fine, i still have contacts consultation with Pauline that's giving me all instructions and answers i need.
