Right from my initial contact with the clinic, to my first consultation after sending in my headshots, online deposit, booking my return flight to Istanbul, pickup at the airport, face-to-face consultation with the doctor, then straight to the operating room. Postop washup the following day, then shuttle back to the airport. Everything was seemless, thanks to their first-in-class staff comprising Yesim, Emir, my translator Polen and the extremely proficient Dr. Mehmet and Mazlum. This clinic gets my thumbs up!!!!👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Absolutely perfect experience for my husband's hair implant. From the first appointment made until the return to the airport, the service is impeccable. It’s been three weeks since my hair transplant and the EsteNove team is been really helpful answering my questions and concerns promptly. From the beginning everything was as planned the shuttle and the stay were perfectly organized. The procedure and everything else was done according to high standards. I recommend them To anyone who is thinking about this like myself for some time. I travelled from Canada and didn’t know anyone in Turkey and they took care of me. The organization prebooking was fantastic, my flight arrived at night and no one was there waiting however my first contact immediately redirect me on where to find my trasportation. Ride to the Hotel and all transfers were very nice, the hotel room was small and on channels available were on turkish lenguagge. however the expirience in the clinic was top notch expecially with my traslator Serena which was fantastic from the start to the end. i would definitely raccomand it, i may come myself again for the second procedure.

After researching both clinics and surgeons in the Hair transplant industry, it was clear that EsteNove was the way to go. Having been a little hesitant to do a hair transplant because I got denied the surgery in another country because “my grafts were not enough” and that the surgery would fail, I had to go to the best place for hair transplants which is Istanbul. Once I paid the deposit, I was put in a whatsapp group that took care of all my needs and questions. I arrived and my car was ready for me at the airport and took me to the hospital. Transfers from hotel to hospital were perfectly timed and were all smooth rides. Surgery went great. They had a team for me and they did the best job possible. Dr. Zafer was very professional and walked me through the whole process and made me feel safe. They also had a translator for me, Baris. Amazing guy that checked on me every once in a while during the surgery to make sure I don’t need anything (water, washroom break, questions). I’m now in a whatsapp team of professionals that look after all my questions and aftercare process for the next year. Overall great experience and as of right now, I would recommend EsteNove. I did my surgery yesterday. I can keep you posted on my progress.
