Este Nove Why Este Nove? After searching for a few months I narrow down to two clinics. I chose Este Nove because the incision part is done by head of the medical Surgeon , not by technician which is a very important part of the hair transplant surgery. My experience was phenomenal from day one when I start communicating with Berfin for initial consultation. She answered all my questions and all concerns I had. The day of my surgery Polen my translator welcomed me at the clinic and stay with me the entire procedure . She was very helpful, caring, kind and friendly. I highly recommend her. A big thank to Dr Zafar who did an amazing job and his entire team . Special thanks to my post-operation team Ms Polina and Gulbin that their guidance and support for the entire process was smooth, clear and helpful. The whole team of Este Nove are very professional , knowledgeable and organized . A 5 * is well deserved . Highly recommended.

I had my hair transplant at EsteNove almost 9 months ago following a recommendation. The customer service was exceptional from all. Kumbra had good translational skills and happy to answer all my questions, the Doctors team of Ahmed, Fehzi and Aysha were kind and caring and the aftercare team (Polina, Gulbin and Batuhan)have been supportive and checked up at various times ranging from every 2 days at the beginning to monthly and then quarterly. I have only waited this long to write to review as I wanted to see the results and so far I am pleased with the progress. Thanks everyone :)

I wished I could give 5 star because I was really hoping to get a good job and I decided to pay more than average to go to an allegedly premium clinic and avoid surprises. I was totally wrong: 1. It started with the 10% extra credit card charges which added hundreds of euros to the bill, not small. Nobody advised to bring cash. 2. The procedure is not painless or with little pain as they said but it is in fact very painful especially the stem cell and anestesia procedures 3. My frontline hairline is now ridiculous. I said several times to the doctor before the procedure that my natural hairline was much lower than the line he drew on my forehead but he just ignored and said that it was better like that and that he knew, now I have to live with getting so sad every time I look myself in the mirror. 3. During the procedures, the women removing and implanting the hair were answering to their mobile phones, chatting and laughing. Considering how delicate the procedure is, a client should expect mobile phones to be banned from the operation room and instead have qualified people and encourage focus and dedication. 4. They should have sent me earlier the after treatment long list of avoided things to do, certainly before paying the deposit, instead it was presented to me too late at the clinic. I did not know I had to stay a month without physical activities and not in dusty environment, it’s a mess as I did not take such a long holiday from work , I do not have the luxury to be at rest for a month. 5. After the procedure, the doctor’s assistant brought me in a room, I was quite distressed of course and she showed me a bag of products (shampoo, lotion and multivitamin) she explained that the hair do not get nutrient from the body hence it was key for the success of the operation to purchase the kit which costed €500. She said that the whole hair transplant could fail if the kit was not bought. If it is so important it should be part of the package.At that point I lost my patience, stood up and put my jacket on. I was expecting to go to a professional clinic that would listen and take care of all requirements and that the fee would cover all my needs before and after the treatment in order for the hair to grow. Instead I felt I made a total mistake and threw myself to an company that from the outside looks shiny but the only thing it cares is to take as much monies as possible from clients and employ young workers to do the actual procedure.

Month 9 after my hair transplant at Este nove. I had a great experience from the beginning to present. The welcoming was amazing so as the surgery day and after still they are doing follow ups. I received a transplant from estenove in may and I’m on my 6th month now. The results so far are incredible and it’s exactly as expected. First few months I looked quite bald and as the months went on the hair grows much much faster. I am going back to estenove next year again for my crown. I would highly suggest this clinic.

I’ve done my second session here and from the beginning till the end everything had been smooth and comfortable. Doctor Zafer and medical team was amazing and patience. Also i want to thank my translator Polen for being so kind during the process to make the surgery even easier and she’s easy to get along, kind. Best option to chose! 👍

8 months later, more than half of my grafts are gone. I certainly note an improvement but overall it remains catastrophic.

Very good transplant experience. The welcome is warm, the staff inspires confidence. Downside for the hotel which has difficulty providing bottled water without asking to pay. The translators at the hospital are very friendly. They help build trust with the intervention team. Thank you for this experience!
