I believe this thing is just the unprofessionalism, personal corruption or corrupted ego of the bad behavior office authorities... this can not be this hospitals or the owner Metin Külünks vision at all! We still want to work with the hospital decently fixing these things as you should understand our good intentions. And we tried to do it since more than 2 months with patience... but they just ignored us... I have all the proof and everything and we want to talk with a higher authority from the hospital to work this out. Please contact me and i will explain the situation. Very bad experience. Doctor ego made him cancel his surgery , then his crew bother us calling us 100 times a day till he’d to block them. They also canceled the hotel and when we got back to their hotel the safe was open and passports and money was gone. This clinic is run by criminals especially Devin who coordinates with patients overseas. Has to get the Turkish police to help us because the hotel held us hostages for hours after taking our passports and $900 cash from the locked safe as we were away. Clinic crew very rude and use offensive language and shady techniques

J ai contacté cette clinique pour un bypass. La prise en charge par Emma c'est très bien passé,elle est hyper disponible,répond à toute les questions. Les prises en charges sont qualités le taxi est luxueux et la chambre d hôtel un vrai 5 étoiles très luxueuse ,pas une simple chambre un vrai f2. Du coups je me suis fait opéré le 9 Janvier2023, la clinique est très propre et hyper moderne, la chambre d hôpital est très confortable. Vous avez 2 personnes qui vous prennent en charge qui parle en français. Les infirmiers sont au petit soins. Vous faite un check up complet c est du sérieux. L opération c est déroulé sans douleur , le suivi pre op et sérieux et le chirurgien vient vous voir plusieurs fois. Vous êtes suivi par l'équipe médicale.un service médical au top Le suivi post op est sérieux une vrai dietecienne vous donne des conseils et on garde contact même après être en France. La conseillère prends des nouvelles même après l'opération c est très touchant, merci Emma de votre professionnalisme. Je ne peux que recommander. Je remercie toute l'équipe et le chirurgien. Si je pouvais mettre plus de 5 étoiles je le ferais.

Malgré mon arrivée tardive, Emma avait tout organisé pour que je sois accueillie dans de bonnes conditions. Elle m'a ensuite rejoint le matin à la première heure pour m'accompagner aux RDV médicaux et surtout me rassurer. Merci à elle qui d'ailleurs reste dispo si j'ai d'autres interrogations. J'ai été opéré par le Dr PIRALIYEV qui a été dispo pour mes questions et qui passe nous rencontrer avant/après. J'ai eu des douleurs post-op qui n'ont duré que 24h mais le personnel soignant m'a aidé en étant présent( passages toutes les heures, soins pour apaiser douleurs) et tout ça avec le sourire et de l'empathie (qui n'est malheureusement plus d'actualité dans nos services français à cause d'autres réalités). Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et propres avec des passages réguliers aussi de femme de ménage. En tout cas, dans ce service l'hygiène est irréprochable. Si j'avais une critique je parlerai de ce fameux bouillon de poulet 😅, l'infirmière m'a quand même obligée avec le sourire à le boire pour ne pas avoir l'estomac vide!

My guide during the entire stay (Selda) was of tremendous help. Knowing somebody is available for contact for all your questions before, during and after is a real weight off your shoulders. She kept me informed about every step of the process and made sure I felt at home. My surgeon was Dr. Kadir Tasasız, he really took his time to inform me about the procedure and what I could expect of the results. The procedure went perfect and the discomfort was minimal.
