All I can say is Adam from erdem clinic was instrumental with dealing with my requests, I had limited time (only a weekend) to condense the whole international travel the surgery and leaving to go back home. Adam was so clear, organised everything on time and I felt he was always looking after me! It can be quite overwhelming going to another country having a major surgery but I felt relaxed the whole way through. The team at erdem clinic who did the surgery were all fantastic and I felt in safe hands. The hotel was immaculate and the transfers were on the dot on time ready to take you to where you needed to go. I would highly recommend erdem clinic to anyone I know and let’s hope I don’t need another hair transplant for a little while but would come back if I needed to.

I’d like to extend my deep gratitude to Erdem Hospital and personally to Darin who was there with me as the organizer and liaison every step of the way, starting from my first call to him and till after the procedure. When we had our plans changed - he’d had immediately made the necessary accommodations, which was a godsend for us, so thanks Darin! The Antwell hotel where we stayed before and after the procedure - was excellent, we loved the whole experience, including beautiful library full of great books, albeit in Turkish language only. The Breakfast in the morning was absolutely fantastic with several sorts of cheese, the omelets prepared just for you, the tastiest breads, olives of many types and flavors and beautiful Turkish quality COFFEE ☕️, and many more! This Hotel even boasts a decent size movie room where for a meager fee a group of people could enjoy the movie of their choice! I would most definitely recommend The Erdem Clinic to everyone considering hair implanting procedure there! You’ll save money, have your procedure done by the professionals safely and on time, AND you’ll have fun during the process. Don’t forget to visit many Historical sites located in ancient great City of Istanbul!

What said in super super super ok we have an Assistant Selim who and the translator for us French this person and listened and gave me confidence I went to the brand new hospital I did my hair transplant and I don't regret nothing thank you very much to the assistant who accompanied me throughout my stay 3 days who called me every day even when I returned to France yes go do your Grephe there they are real professionals and a new hospital

At Çakmak Erdem Hospital 1) All babies should be given an MRI at the same time. 2) After the same price was quoted twice from 2 different people and the payment was received, we realized that they said 300 TL less and we were called back to the hospital. 3) As a result of the MRI, the CD they gave was empty. I don't know about the other parts, but my experience with Emar is terrible.

Hospital within the industry, another excellent city planning! Industrial roads are chaotic and terrible. Every time I come, it is not clear whether we are coming to the hospital or India!

I underwent a Gastric Sleeve and I highly recommend the hospital, I was very well looked after, the surgery was a success, the Erdem team was 5 stars

It's not good at all, their doctor is a money trap, we came here, we were not happy at all, the doctor is not interested in you, don't come, it's not good at all.

I had my surgery on 03/08/2022 and I can only thank the incredible team! From the cafeteria attendants to the nursing team, especially Rafaela who was with me every step of the way and went above and beyond what was needed to help us. She is an incredible human being, an extremely attentive professional, who from the beginning provided us with enormous security. Everything went well, without complications, we were very well looked after pre- and post-operatively. There is no doubt about the origin of the hospital, they are an incredible team and I definitely recommend them.

Our experience with Erdem Clinic was excellent. The doctors and the sales representative was was very attentive and informative around my hair transplantation. Our sales representative was Boran and he made sure everything from transportation to lodging and beyond was taken care of with the utmost care. They went above and beyond to ensure we understood everything regarding the procedure and follow up. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a hair transplant.

I don't understand how the examination fee can suddenly increase from 180 TL to 350 TL. This is literally taking advantage of opportunism during periods when diseases increase. There won't be that much examination fee.

I just went through hair transplant and the whole expierence was really good. Everyone was really nice and professional. Special thanks to the interpeter Bedia and Olena who guided us through the process. 🙂

He always managed the situation very well and i was very pleased so i wanted to direct my friends with him. Like every other hospital Erdem Hospital were offering commission too. After one and half months, my representative left the job on the hospital for a better career, and then as they did not pay my commission on time trying to avoid it countless times and ignore me and make me have to retaliate to get it, work spend big effort and tire me, they did not pay the representatives commissions too. All the managers of the international medical consultancy department we contacted tried to avoid it and they were so ignoring, unprofessional, unjust and not clever. You can not quit what you have promised and you can not ignore people especially in this business and if they bring you business right?. We just wanted to work with them as they offered us in the beginning like every hospital does, but the office managers broke the deal first, tried to avoid everything and ignored us! Here's another case; we are telling them we have 5 patients ready, asking availability and showing screen shots of the dialogues for proof to attract because they were ignoring us, and they were just not replying just to not to pay our commissions, or what else the reason can be? why wouldn't any hospital wants patients to help and ignore? I believe this thing is just the unprofessionalism, personal corruption or corrupted ego of the bad behavior office authorities... this can not be this hospitals or the owner Metin Külünks vision at all! We still want to work with the hospital decently fixing these things as you should understand our good intentions. And we tried to do it since more than 2 months with patience... but they just ignored us... I have all the proof and everything and we want to talk with a higher authority from the hospital to work this out. Please contact me and i will explain the situation.
