Everything from the start seemed good with this clinic, they keep in touch tell u everything before u go, everything was brilliant picked up from airport lovely hotel then next day was procueder nurses and doctors were brilliant and what a difference in a week or 2 in my head 6600 grafts they took and everything seems good so far highly recommend this place to get hair transplant I was totally bald and now I have my hair back brilliant staff brilliant results

Had my hair done 2nd March 2022. Had 5000 grafts all together and can't fault it. Always felt looked after, any little worry I had was quickly put to bed by the staff. Honestly so glad I went with Estenove.

Transportation from the airport, to the hotel and to and from the hospital was perfect. Driver was friendly and on time always. Staff were very nice and friendly.they explained everything that needed to be done for the hair transplant. The process was quick and normal for that kind of procedure .beginning from anesthesia, concluding with transplanting the hair, and cleaning up after the procedure. Follow up team and instructions were on point. The only thing is I had to stay on top of everything I asked for, for example after care kit and PRP treatment. Overall, my experience was very good and I recommend this place for anyone who needs a hair transplant.

I had a hair transplant on the 13th of February and it was a very easy experience. Picked up from the airport on the Saturday and taken to my hotel. Then picked up on the Sunday for the procedure. I was sat down and informed on the process and then we got started. 3 hrs for extraction, then another hour for creation of the channels. They prepared me a lovely lunch before another 3 hrs of implementation of the hair. I was dropped off at my hotel and picked up the next day for a wash. Highly recommend EsteNove. David M.

The team is really nice and helpful, they take well care of you and keep checking every now and then to see how you’re doing. I would say it could be a language barrier at times, so make sure you have everything organised in your end to meet your requirements. Other then that it’s all well, I’m still recovering so cannot say much, just do your research before hand as I was under impression it was not going to be painful but it does hurt to an extent sometimes more. Overall, good experience.

Great experience! I was initially skeptical when I saw all 5 star reviews but I can confirm they are genuine. Everyone I dealt with at Este Nove from the beginning (Batu) to the aftercare (Polina) have been kind, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable. Special thanks to Polina who answers each one on my questions since the procedure quickly. Everything on the day of the procedure was as expected. My procedure did not start until late afternoon which was a bit annoying as I did not reach the hotel until late so I would request a morning slot if possible. Also make sure the aftercare products is included in your quote as that was a slight surprise to me on the day that I had to pay extra. I would highly recommend Este Nove for anyone who’s looking for a hair transplant.

Where to begin.. From start to finish my experience with Este Nove was nothing but pleasant! I was looking into getting a hair transplant in the USA but the cost was way too high so I looked into Turkey and found Este Nove. They explained the whole process clearly and made it easy from the beginning. When I arrived into Istanbul I was greeted by the driver who took me to my hotel. The hotel is 5/5, the staff is very nice and the breakfast buffet paid by Este Nove is a plus. The following day I was picked up my driver and taken to the hospital where I met the staff, my translator and the doctors. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Nothing but good vibes. I was a little nervous before the procedure because I didn’t know what to expect but everyone there had good vibes and it made me feel comfortable. After the procedure I was taken back to my hotel. The following morning the driver picked me up again and took me back to the hospital for my first hair wash. The staff showed Me how to take care of my new hair. We said good bye and I was taken back to the hotel where I am at now. Tomorrow morning the driver will pick me up again and take me back to the airport where I’ll be heading home. Ps: I had issues using my debit card to order food and my contact at Este Nove was kind enough to order food for me and made sure I had everything I needed. The kindness Turkish people have is something else! To summarize: If you’re thinking about getting a hair transplant in Turkey, you cannot go wrong with Este Nove. A big thank you to the whole team at Este Nove. I was considering a hair transplant for years but couldn’t justify the cost in the UK. I was sceptical about going abroad for surgery. I decided to take the plunge and found Este Nove I filled out an enquiry form and it’s been a first class service from that moment. I had a video consultation and agreed because not only was the cost great but it sounded to good to be true. Fortunately for me it wasn’t and they delivered on everything. All I had to do was book my flight they took care of the rest. I landed in Istanbul was taken to the hotel which was lovely in a nice area. I was picked up the next day and taken to the hospital. They talked me through everything and the surgery was professional and painless. After the surgery I was given a meal, advice and taken back to my hotel. The next day picked up taken back to the hospital and shown how to wash my hair and then off back to the airport. 2 nights and all done. So far I am so happy the line on my hair is perfect and I can’t wait for my new hair to come through. My advice don’t delay you won’t regret it. A few tips: wear a button shirt and no clothes you have to pull over your head. Istanbul is beautiful and cheap have a few extra days before if you can.

Murat was the first person I spoke to, we did a FaceTime call and he was very professional and told me all I needed to know. Everything is put into place for you, the pick ups from the airport, drop offs to and from the clinic. everyone was really nice and helpful, I can’t remember everyone’s name to thank them individually, but seren was my translator and she was lovely. the hospital is clean and professional. The hotel was great also. I am 12 days post op, my head is healing nice and polina the aftercare nurse is always texting on WhatsApp checking how my progress is going. When I was in this position reading the reviews I was still a bit skeptical, but trust me if you’re wanting it done go with estenove, I promise you will be over the moon with the service. I had been looking for years to find a suitable company that specialises in hair transplants. I live in the UK and have been to Belgravia centre and also KSL hair clinic, but i just didn’t feel comfortable. I was constantly being sold to and told i would have to pay per follicle. I wasn’t really thinking of the money, i just wanted someone that would talk to me about the process, the details and provide me with reassurance that what i wanted, could be achieved. I gave up for a while and then started reading about hair clinics in Istanbul and how they are leading the way. He answered all of my questions professionally and honestly. He provided me with all of the information to my questions to make an informed decision. When i was ready, i contacted him and arranged to be booked in. Once i was booked in, he set up a WhatsApp group for me, himself and an aftercare specialist to answer all of my questions pre and post procedure. I was told i would have - - A private transfer from the airport on arrival ✅ - A nice hotel to relax the night before and post surgery ✅ - A professional team would welcome me ✅ - I would be looked after all day ✅ - I would go back the day after the operation and have a check up, hair wash and be told about post op care.✅ - The procedure would be carried out in a hospital ✅ Everything i was told would happen, did happen and i was really impressed. Having a hair operation is a really personal thing and i am always very apprehensive when i am offered everything, as i see this as a carrot being dangled. Este Nove were not over the top, they just delivered on everything they promised. I am only 11 days post operation but everything seems to be going along nicely. I have had numerous questions for Thomas and the team, and i just simply text in the WhatsApp group and they have replied within an hour. I can’t speak about the end results as i am not there YET, but from the point of view of professionalism and delivering on their promises, so far, everything has been great. I would recommend este nove to anyone who wants to hair procedure, in fact i have already passed 2 people to them, since my procedure.
