From start to finish everything is 5 stars. They book you in a nice hotel, the hospital is the same as what you would expect here in USA. The translators, doctors everyone is super friendly. Im constantly being checked on even after my procedure. I am extremely happy with EsteNove and look forward to going back for my 2nd hair transplant

My entire experience with Este Nove was great! I flew over from Manchester for a hair transplant on the 2nd November... I'd never flown to Istanbul before and was very nervous about having this operation but Este Nove made everything so smooth it was quite easy to shake the nerves after arriving.. I arrived in Istanbul the night before the op and was picked up by a private cab and taken straight to my hotel (The airport is huge and I was even given videos & map to find my transport which I thought was a great addition). The next afternoon I was picked up and taken to the hospital for my operation (again by a private cab). Upon arriving at the hospital it was clear to see I was nervous but the staff were so great they explained everything in great detail before I signed any forms and I was immediately relaxed and ready to go. I was taken for my bloods and then for a consultation with the doctor who asked me about the hairline I would like and explained the hairline that was achievable for my face type, as he explained that it was essential that my hairline looked natural. Once I was happy with everything I was taken into the operation room where I had my photos taken and head shaved ready for the operation to start. Everyone in the op room were so lovely and made me feel comfortable the entire way through as they explained each section of the procedure as it was happening. The whole operation from start to finish took around 7 hours and I had a short break in between where my lovely translator ilayda took the time to teach me some Turkish phrases that I could use. The operation its self is completely painless (apart for the first 5 minutes where they apply the local anesthetic). After the op I was given plenty of food and water and everyone made sure I was completely ok before leaving. Upon leaving the hospital I was taken back to the hotel room to rest up for the night. The next morning I was picked up by private cab and taken back to the hospital to have my bandages removed and my head washed for the first time. I was then walked through the entire process of aftercare by ilayda in such great detail to make sure all my questions were completely covered. Following this I was taken back to the airport to return home! And things did not stop there... It's been 10 days since my operation and the Este Nove aftercare team have been in constant contact with me to ensure everything looks as it should and my healing process is going to plan. All in all I would honestly give this whole experience so far a solid 5 stars from start to finish. I'd like to thank Thomas for helping me book and organise my trip over to Istanbul & Este Nove. Thank you to my lovely translator ilayda for keeping me company throughout the operation and thank you to Polina in the aftercare group for answering all of my questions and keeping in constant contact with me as well as all of the nurses and docs that worked on my procedure! And just in general a MASSIVE thank you to everyone at Este Nove for a smooth trip. I'm excited to see how the next 12 months plays out and I would 100% recommend Este Nove to anyone thinking about a hair transplant.

Este Nove was very professional from the moment I arrived to Istanbul to the moment I left. the operation was done very fast with Dr Ahmet and Aisha. And the anesthesia with Dr favzy was perfect. Had the hair done 4600 grafs on the 4th of November 2022, I have read all of the other reviews and was waiting to see if it was all true and it was. Everything done for me from being collected at the airport, then taken to the hospital and back. Everyone in the hospital was friendly and helpful, it is a little bit of in and then out but that was good for me no hanging around. They did do the extra Seles bit of extra items to buy to help the hair grow and to look after it, it worked another £730 spent on hair products. The proof of the pudding will be in 6-12 months if everything has worked then fantastic it not I gave it a try.

I’m very happy with the service and the team working in Este Nova. Everyone made me feel comfortable and procedure went smooth. The post-op care is amazing. I had my FEU procedure in October 2022, and I’m very excited waiting for the results. I highly recommend!

Après beaucoup de recherches et de nombreuses hésitations j'ai finalement opté pour EsteNove.Prise en charge par Morris qui offre un service à la clientèle personnalisé hors pair et très professionnel. J'ai grandement apprécié sa disponibilité qui a facilité la communication.  L'équipe médicale est Super et je tiens à mentionner Kubra, Ahmet, Ayse, Fevzi. Ils sont professionnels et à l'écoute du patient et très dynamique. Après la greffe de cheveux, la clinique nous suit obligatoirement par WhatsApp pour assister à notre évolution ( questions, photos, suggestions).  On s'occupera de vous du début jusqu’à la fin. Great experience from start to finish. Translators, transfers and top care.

J'ai beaucoup attendu pour écrire un commentaire objectif sur Este Nove. Je suis implanté depuis 6 mois, et je commence à avoir un aperçu du résultat final qui me convient après des mois de doutes. Mon expérience sur place n'a pas été formidable comme on peut le lire dans certains commentaires. J'attendu le taxi plus d'une heure j'ai été conduit au mauvais hôtel (2 ont le même nom en centre ville). Au final des détails mais ça ne mets pas en confiance quand on arrive dans un pays étranger pour une intervention chirurgicale. Pour ce qui est de l'intervention je peux dire avoir eu à faire une équipe professionnelle même si il faut être honnête la greffe ça fait mal voir très mal. Peut-être suis je sensible mais étant infirmier en réanimation j'ai une bonne idée de l évaluation de la douleur et si ça fait mal. Et ça dure pendant des mois d inconfort après mais personne ne vous le dit vraiment. Certes aujourd'hui je ne regrette pas mais il y eu vraiment des moments difficiles. Le suivi par WhatsApp est bons toujours rassurant. Dernière chose qui est dérangeant c'est la vente insistante à la sortie de la clinique des produits pour la bonne prise en charge de la repousse avec la mésothérapie. Le prix est le même que sur le site internet mais ça rajoute à la note finale. Merci quand même à Cécile notamment pour m'avoir aider à commander un délicieux repas local, le soir de la chirurgie. Une dernière chose la greffe sans rasage ça n existe pas, il vous rase quoi qu'il arrive la zone de prélèvement et d implantation inutile aux clients sur ce point.

First of all, I want to explain why did I chose Estenove. I am doctor of medicine, cardiologist. And when you are a doctor, you probably know potential risks of infection, and care about the sterilization conditions, you probably know extremely rare complications of anesthesia, but it can all happen. That is why it’s important that Estenova is within the hospital. This is very good and for me feeling safe. The first impression upon arrival at the airport was extraordinary for me. I was met by a driver who took me to a 5-star hotel in an excellent location. I used that day to see the city and walk around. The next day I received a message that a driver was coming to pick me up and I was going to the clinic. They welcomed me very pleasantly at the clinic, they worked hard for me at every moment. Then I went to see Dr. Zafer, who is very young, promising, dedicated and pleasant. We spoke about a procedure, I showed pictures of how my hair used to be and I got a line suggestion. After that I went to the operating room. I did the DHI procedure and I think it is clear to all of you, how does hair transplantation procedure looks like. It lasted about 7-8 hours in total. I have to admit that the anesthesia is not that bad, it hurts, but you take a deep breath and it goes away in a few minutes. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team who were in the operating block, Technicians Ahmet, Ayşe and Fevzi, who are great young people, who tried their hardest, were extremely efficient, fast, precise, accurate, smiling, even at one point they even sang. Amazing team. Congratulations. And finally, I have to say that the biggest impression on me was the English translator Ilayda. A great, young, smiling girl, who welcomed me at the clinic, who was always concerned about how I was feeling, who tried to make me relax, because of course you will be nervous at the very beginning, she was all the time with me during procedure, also her advice for the postoperative phase of recovery was extremely productive. She is one of the kindest person I have ever seen. And now days when I write this recension, I must also praise the post-operative team, which takes care of you every 2 days, to whom you send pictures and you have support for up to a year. Everything is exceptional and amazing, I am very satisfied. See you in a few years for second hair transplant. All the best. Dr Dorde
