The staff was friendly and professional throughout the entire process, and the facility was clean and comfortable. Lydia helped me through the whole process from once I arrived to when i’m headed back to the airport. She made my visit smooth and explained everything very well and throughly. The surgeon was very skilled and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. The procedure itself was painless and went smoothly. After in depth research and comparisons between hair transplant clinics, I decided to go with EsteNove. I flew in from Canada on a Friday and was picked up at the airport with a limo. Saturday I was brought to the clinic and met with the doctor for consultation. It took 20 minutes for us to come to a decision on what would be best for my hairline and particular procedure. The doctor, nurses, translators and everyone involved were exceptional! So far so good, I can't wait to see what the final product will look like! I made a great decision to come to EsteNove and recommend the same for you!

The whole journey was excellent , from the airport I had a guide who showed me the way to the VIP pickup which was 10/10 , let me use my Bluetooth , had sports seats and was a very nice guy. Once I got to the hotel , I was met by Karim, he was very friendly and made me feel welcomed , he then took my bloods for the hospital and got me checked in, the hotel was great and they provided breakfast which was a buffet. I then got a VIP transport to the hospital itself EsteNove where i was met by Gamze , she was a fantastic translator . She made me feel comfortable and explained how everything will go ahead to put my mind at ease. The whole thing pretty much was very easy and she broke down all language barrier issues.The procedure then took place and it was pretty straightforward , the surgeon zafir made the lines where the grafts would be placed and confirmed with me if I was happy, I then went straight to the surgery where it took 1-2 hours to removed the hairs from the donor area and the technicians working there had made me feel comfortable and made the time go by fast. There was a lunch break in between where a translator called Serena had got me some food and put me in my own rest room and she had superb customer service as she was very polite and went above and beyond my expectations. I then went back into surgery for the graft placement. This took another few hours and once completed I had a post consultation with Gamze who told me exactly what to do and answered all my questions , she made the experience 10/10 in my opinion. I then went back to the hotel , the next morning I had my first wash and then set off back to the airport in the VIP transfer. Any questions I have the team response is quick and very helpful . The team was excellent , would recommended the experience I have to anyone looking for a transplant that’s proffesional and affordable

Organization and quality services. Very clear explanations and correct prices, the nursing staff are very pleasant and professional. The hair transplant was done in a real hospital and by a real doctor (Dr Zafer) which is very reassuring. Estenove is a close-knit group of professionals who follow you from transport, to the hotel, to the operation and post. Well organized and very friendly service. After almost 3 weeks I can already see my hair growing back! Excellent experience that I recommend to anyone!

Stay for a hair + beard transplant. The Estenove team picked me up as soon as I left the airport to take me to my hotel where a room had been reserved for me for 3 nights. The hospital/hotel transfers were all carried out with a driver booked by Estenove.. all the staff took care to reassure me during the transplant and everything was explained to me for the convalescence.. I recommend their seriousness and their experience , I really felt very good about the care. I also thank my translator who is just as important as the doctors in being able to feel at ease in a country that we do not know.

Thank you to the whole staff who took care of me. They were all there to greet me upon my arrival to the clinic. Serena was my translator and the did an amazing job translating and making sure I felt comfortable. Jack set everything up for me through our WhatsApp chats. The technicians were great and very patient with me throughout the local anesthesia. The front managers were awesome as well. The Doctor was great. He kept coming in to check to ensure everything was going well. EsteNove team was great. If I know anybody wanting to go through the procedure I will definitely recommend them to estenove.
