The process of working with EsteNove was very smooth the communication from before until the start of the operation is flawless, one confusing moment we had was at the arrival at the airport we didn't immediately found our transport to the hotel which was cleared up after a couple of minutes. The hotel was nice, unfortunately for us the spa and pool was not open at that time, other than that hotel was nice, clean and friendly staff! For the operation my translator Polen, was amazing, she had made me feel at ease from the first moment of arrival and is does an excellent job at explaining the processes with the occasional joke to keep it light hearted, to my personal opinion I do not think I could've had a better translator! After the operation a thorough explanation is given for the aftercare, overwhelming at first but they make sure to provide you with documentation you can read over if you were to forget somehting, besides that a aftercare chat is created for your use as well if you were to have any questions or concerns where you can reach the aftercare team and doctors at all times! I very much enjoyed my experience with no complaints. The team was excellent with extra appreciation toward Polen (my translator). If you consider a hair transplant, consider EsteNove.

Amazing experience. Coming from The United States to Instanbul, Turkey for the 1st time I had an amazing experience with EsteNove. Everything was planned out smoothly and the communication was amazing. My team that took care of me were Ahmet, Fevzi and Ayse. They were very friendly and welcoming. I was nervous about getting my hair transplant done but I couldn't be happier its been 6 months since my transplant and I'm really happy with the results so far the communication and after care has been fantastic and I'd highly recommend Este Nove to anyone thinking about getting this procedure done

My review comes 1 year after the transplant. There is some difference compared to how i was before the transplant but the finial result is not as expected and promised by Este Nove. If you see my head from top it does not look that good. First i will start with hotel experience which was not great at all. Este Nove promised a five star hotel but from the hotel website they were saying is 4 star hotel and the experience it feels like 2. There were no doors at toilet which made me very uncomfortable considering i was with a friend in the same room and prepare to pay extra when leaving because of bedsheets getting bloodily from transplant which in my opinion should be cover by the package and they didn't warn us for extra cost. The experience in clinic was good in general but not the work done in me. I was expecting an expert working but i got some juniors working on my head. The doctor will come just to ask you some question and draw a line in your head and you never get to see him again. Mostly of the good reviews here come from people that haven't seen the full result yet but just coming out from clinic which is not relevant for a real review. I have also used their product for a year and there is no room for excusing the final result. Considering all what i have sad this experience was not worthy and i do not recommend.

It’s been six months since I had my surgery. What an amazing experience it has been with EsteNove. The Op went really well. When I came back to the UK, the post op team (Gülbin Isikli and Thomas) have been excellent with advice and they have been asking for regular updates and photos. Overall it’s been a great experience so far and the results are coming really well. Looking forward to the 12 month point. Thank you

First of all, it's a serious company, everything went as planned (a beautiful hotel 3d 2n, and driver) I was welcomed by Gamze with kindness, a person who will be with you throughout the procedure, her role is to support you and explain each stage of your transplant. In conclusion, it is a reassuring and quality company. The only thing to check will be the result of the transplant :).

EsteNove changed my life, I took a shot, not knowing if it would actually work or not, but Man was this the best decision of my life… I could post pictures to show my actual hair loss before my surgery, but looking at them causes me pain… thats not an issue anymore, I look and feel amazing….. Do yourself a favor, give them a call and change your life… The biggest mistake was not doing this when I turn 30… Life is good now though 👌

Enjoyed the whole process from airport pick up to accommodation they put me up in and final check by the doctors. Este Nove has been nothing but excellent service. They answered all my questions from start to finish without a fuss and I am leaving Istanbul a very satisfied customer. You always get good and bad side of things on youtube. Not 100% sure and alone I went on to my journey to EsteNove. Pick up was very well organised and I ended up in a hotel. I was picked up next day and I met my interpreter and service coordinator Polen. Polen was great from the word go and I felt at ease. Polen was there from the beginning, at doctors appointment and operating room for as long as she could and constantly updated me on what's happening, what's upcoming and whys. That assured me a lot and Dr Zaffar was very experienced and got to work straight. As the surgery never is Rosy, it is the team which make the process assuring and comforting. EsteNove team and my coordinator Polen made the whole process smooth and kept me informed of pick-up and drop off times, process, post care and follow ups. I am at a stage heading home today and at this stage things are looking promising. Keep up the great and genuine work. A big thank you.
