Atención especializada y muy atentos. Todo el trato ha sido genial, tanto en el hospital, como en los hoteles y en los transfers. Lo recomiendo Cirujana y enfermeras muy atentas, y el hospital Erdem muy limpio y en muy buenas condiciones. Si hay algo mejorable en mi opinión, es la anestesia, que acostumbrado a España es distinta y mucho más brusca.

I had a gastric sleeve at erdem on Tuesday 7th feb I can’t fault the hospital or staff the language barriers is the only issue I had everyone was kind and welcoming it’s the after care the rep I used Eren didn’t update me on anything I had to have staff ask me to message them as I was unaware that he was suppose to keep track of me throughout the process so on booking I was advised that I would go to 5* hotel and have everything included I was dropped off at a hotel with just my daughter no info which I can only describe as quiet scary for 2 women on their own in a foreign country the hotel was run down and smelt throughout of stale smoke no one told me about the £50 deposit that I had to pay incase I got any blood or bodily fluids on the sheets towels etc that they would keep the money the room I was given was dirty smelt that bad it gave me a headache we were not told about food situation etc we decided that we felt too uncomfortable to stay as no one spoke English men whispered behind us I messaged my rep and informed him I was looking at alternative flights to leave with the first flight and could he change my transfer he said it was possible then after that nothing I messaged him constantly no answer we ended up having to pay for taxi to airport so if anyone is thinking of booking please ask questions about after care Eren is still ignoring me Iv emailed the company and they are not replying either * so messaged rep about aftercare he’s been active on watts app as I can see the last time he was active and still haven’t replied so basically it’s once it’s finished and they’ve received money your done no after care no help. * 25th feb still no contact unless I reach out then it’s the are minimum answer was told that a nutritionist would be in contact so far nothing at all Update had a call from a rep he advised me he would speak to managers about compensation due to conditions of the hotel and previous rep having been fired due to issues like this seemed to actually be doing something wrong again offered me a discount for if I wanted to return and have more work done i was out of pocket £700 for two return flights as I couldn’t spend another day in that hotel taxi as rep left me stranded not knowing if I had transport to airport Well it continues been told that I leis about the hotel taking a deposit for blood or bodily fluids on the linens and towels after I’d been sent there by Erdem rep that I could not have a refund for the additional flights as it was unsafe at the hotel myself and my daughter were followed around by men whispering trying to reach rep to arrange something as it was honestly scary experience they have stated that I can return and have another procedure for a discount not only am I still paying back the money I had to lend to book emergency flights home now they want me to pay out again stating that the ministry would open an investigation if they filed for a refund I paid for private treatment and 5* at that I have all conversations logged !!!! So the company have stated that the rep had been fired due to issues like I have said here so having his pocket lined while placing patients here in well below five * and leaving two females alone and stranded in a foreign country in a part of town that tourist don’t tend to go ignoring messages been blocked by reps will happily take your money an then you are nothing making lies up about the ministry prosecuting them if the did a refund the hospital you seen on their social media is not the only hospital this one is especially for feeling in new patients I will continue to write on your social media posts about how you left two females alone and stranded with no help and for all they knew we were still in Turkey now if I hadn’t reached out

He quedado encantada con la experiencia, por el trato profesional tanto de las enfermeras sobre todo Omer con su buen humor, asi como también del gran trabajo profesional y cercania del Doctor Ali quien siempre fue comprensivo y con cada una de sus visitas me dejaba tranquila y enormemente agradecida por la excelente gestión que nos brindo Onurcan, quién estuvo al pendiente en todo momento, tanto cuando estabamos en el hospital como cuando nos trasladaron al hotel, siempre con su amabilidad, nos demostro no solo ser un gran profesional si no también una magnífica persona.

El coordino todo el proceso de reserva vuelos transportes hotel etc y esto fue muy bueno. Estabas seguro y conectado en todo momento. Desde que volamos y aterrizamos estaba pendiente de nosotros y coordinando las recojidas con chofer, hotel y clinica. Sin duda esto es el mayor valor de la experiencia con Erdem. En la clinica el trato igual de amable, cercano y profesional. Recomiendo esta experiencia.

I had dental zirconium crowns fitted by doctor Ugur, he was very professional as were the whole team at Erdem .The whole experience of my stay went to plan ,from the hotel stay to the drivers transporting me to and front the hospital each day.

I was there in May 2022 to do the All on 6 treatment. Everything was perfectly arranged, from the reception at the airport and organized transportation to the hotel. Hotel accommodation includes breakfast. You can take a close person with you (my son went with me) and the total accommodation is free for them. In the clinic, they work professionally, precisely, and accurately. For each examination and treatment, they pick you up by car and take you back to the hotel. High rating, I can recommend it to everyone.

Debería empezar diciendo que erdem es una clínica donde cambian vidas, pero en mi caso han destruido mi vida. Viajo desde colombia con el anhelo de realizarme una manga gástrica. Y el día de mi procedimiento y después de 24 horas sin comer me dicen que debo abandonar la clínica y que no me pueden operar por ser una persona no apta. "Quizás se pregunte cómo puede abordar un tema tan complejo como el estigma del VIH. Pero hay muchas cosas pequeñas que puede hacer que tendrán gran impacto." Por esta situación me han tratado como una persona no apta para estar en sus instalaciones y fuera de ello me cobran 800€ por unos exámenes realizados, amenazandome que si no pagaba tendria consecuencias. La verdad que me han destrozado mi vida. Anímicamente me encuentro muy mal. He pedido ayuda al cónsul de colombia en Estambul. Estas palabras van para las personas que se quieran operar en esta clínica; tú qué piensas que un procedimiento cambiará tu vida por favor trata de buscar la mejor opción una empresa que sea humana y solidaria y no que solo te vea como un objeto para sacar dinero, no dejes que te destruyan tu vida como me lo acaban de hacer. BUSQUEN OTRA CLÍNICA AQUI EN ESTANBUL HAY MUCHAS MAS CLINICAS LAS cuales son más humanas y te tratan como persona...
