Lack of seriousness.
Following my request, I was contacted by Mrs. Nagehan, who sent me a quote. Finding myself in Istanbul, I asked if I could see the doctor before deciding. Mrs. Nagehan told me to show up between eight and nine. Being an hour away I specifically asked if it wasn't possible later, but I was told that the doctor was busy after nine, so I confirmed that I would arrive the next day between 8 and 8.30. I woke up at 6 to be on time, but when I arrived (at 8am) the lady wasn't there, my messages were delivered but not received (only one tick, so the phone wasn't connected to the internet and consequently no it wasn't even on WhatsApp), and the response was an automatic message. Nobody at the reception spoke English, they made me understand that I would have to wait for a translator. I waited two hours. Every now and then someone would come and tell me again to wait. When Mrs. Nagehan finally connected, instead of introducing herself and apologizing (which would have appeased me in a second) and resolving my situation, she told me that she didn't know I had arrived (but if I confirmed the time the night before !!!), that I should have called her (but if she wasn't connected to WhatsApp I could only have called her with a normal phone call, and we know that they are definitely expensive!), that she didn't want to argue, that she had things to do with her patients, that no one was causing her problems like I was doing.
This was my contact with this clinic. She didn't even show up in person. I was probably unlucky to be followed by this lady who behaved superficially first and rudely afterwards.
Surely there will be better colleagues.
But obviously I don't even think about doing this speech and the following ones: two hours without anyone bothering to let me know anything... And thank goodness I speak 4 languages and somehow managed to explain myself with the receptionist! I can't imagine what it would be like to have to face a possible problem, the unexpected absence of a translator, for those who only speak Italian!
I have turned to others, and I am being treated with kindness, respect and education. And it is to this other clinic that I will direct the three friends who also need to have operations done.
Sometimes a person's shortcomings ruin the work of those who are scrupulous.
But, while I can forgive a mistake, I absolutely cannot accept arrogance and even wanting to be right.
As a paying customer, not at all.

I don't recommend it, already on the first day we arrive in the evening it's dark and we wait 1 hour in the cold for the taxi to arrive, the correspondent I have on WhatsApp tells me that you have to fast for the next day, hair transplant, the next day I arrive at the clinic and there I am told that I must above all eat well before the operation, then they operate on me and the number of grafts promised and revised downwards but good enough late I already had an operation, then the next day my sister did teeth whitening and she can't stand it hurts too much so after 5 minutes she wants to stop, so of course the product didn't have time to act but they don't want to know anything you still have to pay, we had asked for a room with 2 separate beds but we got a large bed, when we returned to France, it was always complicated to get the correspondent on the phone so that before having the operation, she was the one who followed up with me, so after several requests for invoices they sent me a false invoice with a false amount. Unfortunately no proof because they ask to pay in cash, then they tell you that they will give you a guarantee certificate, I asked for it several times they never sent it to me so I gave up and I won't call them Plus, they made me struggle for several months so I gave up, so believe me, go elsewhere if you want quality, I'm disappointed with the result, it's very ugly.

A seguito di mia richiesta sono stata contattata dalla signora Nagehan, che mi ha inviato un preventivo. Trovandomi ad Istanbul, ho chiesto se potevo vedere il medico, prima di decidere. La signora Nagehan mi ha detto di presentarmi tra le otto e le nove. Essendo ad un'ora di distanza ho espressamente chiesto se non fosse possibile più tardi, ma mi è stato risposto che dopo le nove il dottore era impegnato, per cui ho confermato che sarei arrivata il giorno successivo tra le 8 e le 8,30. Mi sono svegliata alle 6 per essere puntuale, ma al mio arrivo (alle 8 spaccate) la signora non c'era, i miei messaggi venivano recapitati ma non ricevuti (una sola spunta, quindi il telefono non era connesso a internet e di conseguenza non lo era nemmeno a WhatsApp), e la risposta era un messaggio automatico. Nessuno in reception parlava inglese, mi hanno fatto capire che avrei dovuto aspettare un traduttore. Ho aspettato due ore. Ogni tanto qualcuno arrivava e mi diceva ancora di aspettare. Quando finalmente la signora Nagehan si è connessa, invece di presentarsi e scusarsi (cosa che mi avrebbe rabbonita in un secondo) e risolvere la mia situazione, mi ha detto che non sapeva che ero arrivata (ma se ho confermato la sera prima l'orario!!!), che avrei dovuto chiamarla (ma se non era connessa a WhatsApp avrei potuto chiamarla solo con una telefonata normale, e si sa che sono decisamente costose!), che lei non aveva voglia di litigare, che aveva da fare con i pazienti, che nessuno le creava problemi come stavo facendo io.
Questo è stato il mio contatto con questa clinica. Non si è neppure presentata di persona. Probabilmente sono stata sfortunata ad essere seguita da questa signora che si è comportata con superficialità prima e maleducazione dopo.
Sicuramente ci saranno colleghe migliori.
Ma io, ovviamente, questo intervento e quelli successivi, non ci penso nemmeno a farli da loro: due ore senza che nessuno si degnasse di farmi sapere qualcosa... E menomale che parlo 4 lingue e sono riuscita in qualche modo a spiegarmi con la receptionist! Non immagino cosa possa essere dover fronteggiare un' eventuale problema, l'assenza imprevista di un traduttore, per chi parla solo italiano!
Mi sono rivolta ad altri, e sto venendo trattata con gentilezza, rispetto ed educazione. Ed è a quest'altra clinica che indirizzerò le tre amiche che devono fare anche loro degli interventi.
A volte la manchevolezza di una persona rovina il lavoro di chi è scrupoloso.
Ma, mentre posso perdonare un errore, non posso assolutamente accettare l'arroganza e il voler pure avere ragione.
Da cliente pagante, proprio no.
Edit: nella risposta della clinica, arrivata con due mesi di ritardo, di nuovo si conferma il voler avere ragione, invece di chiedere scusa, adducendo come motivazione il fatto che le mie tempistiche erano strette: sono andata in avanscoperta ad ottobre, per un intervento che farò a maggio. Alla faccia delle tempistiche strette.
In oltre si continua a sottolineare che i medici erano impegnati e il traduttore non c'era. Ma io avevo appuntamento con la signora Nagehan, che non si è presentata. Avrebbe dovuto presentarsi, visto che è stata lei a dirmi di arrivare in ospedale alle 8.
Tutto campato per aria. Inclusa la risposta.
Una vergogna.
Avrebbe fatto migliore figura a chiedere semplicemente scusa: tutti possiamo sbagliare, ma, ripeto, l'arroganza è inaccettabile.
La risposta data, parla da sola: leggetela bene se volete sapere con chi avete a che fare.
Questo è il modo in cui lavorano, direttamente dalle loro parole. Giudicate voi.
