They did what they said they would. They have great services. I was wondering about the operation but doctors, nurses, all team helped me about everything.

From start to finish this was excellent, I booked via WhatsApp after researching much other company’s, my consultant Maria was excellent and answered any questions I had very quickly, the process was very easy.The whole operation I felt in safe hands. The hotel was awesome, the hospital was one of the cleanest I’ve seen, the customer representative Thomas was faultless. By the way, İstanbul is very beautiful city and people are great.

When I remember those people I miss İstanbul and all the team. Good doctors, good people and good work. Smiling people, doctors, nurses love this job and they do it very good. Just be relax and trust Erdem clinic they will make the best.

Hi I had my hair transfer on the 17 Dec And I could not fault the attention to detail, the comforting experience and professionalism by everyone. I am now over 2 months post operation and I look forward to seeing my new hair grow. I was extremely nervous post op worrying that I might do something wrong. Through a simple WhatsApp I was given guidance and support. I will keep you all posted but to date I can’t say nothing more than Erdem Clinic could not have done anything more. Looking forward to posting in update shortly.

It was a perfect experince with erdem clinic. Operation was very good. Team was very kind and nice. Hotels and transfers is perfect. My hairs return almost original form in 6 months. With doctor and team support this period Passed easier.

J'ai eu beaucoup de contacts des différents cliniques à Istanbul et quand je suis parti chez Erdem c'était vraiment formidable soit niveau accueil soit le professionnalisme du personnel ils m'ont mis alaise je rien senti et la depuis 2 mois je un bon résultat pour ma greffe de Cheveux déjà en attendant dans 6 mois j'aurais un très bon résultat normalement mais je vous conseille de les contacter c'est des vrai pro et vous allez pas regretter

I heard of Erdem Clinic from a friend. She is a good friend of mine and I trusted her recommendation and I am very happy that she has suggested me this clinic. I had my hair transplantation operation on May 2019. They planted around 4800 grafts. I have to say that during first 2 months it was ok and I did not know what to think because it was too early to say if the result was good. But then later after 3-4 months I started to get worried because it did not look good. I felt like I was going to get a bad result and I was starting to feel bad about it. I have to say that this period was a bit difficult for me because I thought I will never have normal hair again. I was feeling really bad. And when I talked with the clinic staff they told me that I have tob e patient and my results look just fine. But still I did not believe it. After 5 months I was almost sure that my hair transplantation was unsuccessful and I felt very unhappy. I even talked to my friend about my problem and said that I regret a lot that I did my operation there. It was a very unconvinient situation for me. Then after 6-7 months the magic happened. My hair started to come back and it started to grow. It looked a lot better and I was so surprised that everything turned out to be so good. I could not believe that my haired looked so good. It was growing and growing and getting better and better. Now it's been 8 months and my hair looks great!!!! Everybody says that I look much younger and much better. I am really happy now. Very thankful to the doctors and to the adminstration. The staff was excellent. They hosted me in a very good hotel and took care of me very well. The transport service was also very comfortable. I am so greatful and thankful. I feel myself now as in my twenties. My hair looks great and I couldnt expect any better result. I would suggest to anyone who went through this operation to be patient and wait at least 6 months. After 6-7 months you will see the results and you will be suprised. I am very satisfied with the result and I would definitely recommend this place.

I paid 1650 euros for eyebrows transplant.I was welcome at the Istanbul airport and they took me to a very nice 5 stars hotel where I spent 3 nights. The next morning, the staff took me to the clinic where doctors checked me up.The surgery lasted a bit more than 4 hours. That was not the part that I love the most, but I was expecting that suffering point!Everybody was gentle and professional with me. Now, it's been a month and result seems acceptable even if it's not perfect as the doctor prevented me.

Une equipe qui a beaucoups d humour , j'en suis maintenant au 5 eme jour apres operation et ca cicatrice peux a peu je suis tres content du resulat

It has been 8 months after got hair transplant at Erdem Clinic 3950 grafts. I was Norwood 3v before the operation so needs a hair transplant. I choose Erdem Clinic as they seem better reputation and they are a hospital group. Treatment was really good, Doctors join every part of the operation and lead the nurses. My hair starting to grow after 3 months. Only thing I regret is why I did not do it earlier. If anyone thinking hair transplant I can say go for it, and I am happy with the treatment and other services that Erdem Clinic Provided.

Terrible experience. I live in Barcelona, Spain, and went to their clinic for a hair transplant on october 2019. Everything was bad from the begining, i will detail some bad points but then i will talk about the worst thing, the surgery itself.  The translator they promised didnt understand spanish or neither english, and know nothing about hte treatments they do. I paid 1300€ in cash and they did'n gave me any paper or bill. The girl that was going to make the operation was totally cold, no smiles, no trying to make me feel comfortable, no interest in answering my cuestions or explaining nothing, she never looked at me in the eye. She draw the implant zone very very bad, i had to correct her several times to arrive at a decent simetry (something very easy to see). In the operation they were 4 people talking and laughing very loud at centimetres of my head. I could feel the wind of their laughs in my head, i told them several times and they stopped for 2 minutes and start again on the same level. AND NOW THE WORST PART, THE TRANSPLANT: the day after the operation i made good quality photos of the donor and the implant area and put them in my computer (photoshop). I could see clearly that the difference of density between both areas was tremendous. So i counted the holes and the implants, a hard work, but harder conclusions. They took from my donor area around 4500-5000 grafts, and they implanted only 1200!!! i couldn't believe it. we agreed they were going to implant 3500 grafts and they put less than the half. But the harder thing is that they took from my donor area around 3000-3500 grafts that they probably threw away. My donor area now is not useful for another transplant and have some big zones where hair didnt grow again. Here i upload only some photos , if you want more info or photos contact me. I say: you lied to me, you implanted 1200 grafts, instead of the 3500 you signed in the certificate. Counted. And you answer that im impatient and have to wait results. Why dont you answer why you implanted 2300 grafts less than what you promised? Or answer why you you extracted 3500 grafts more than what you implanted? In 8 months ill have 1000 grafts growing, of course(not enough to cover my problem), and a donor área unuseful. There's no need to wait for nothing. The fraud is clear now.
