I had abdominoplasty, liposuction done in this clinic and asked for slight cheek augmentation. I have become an asymmetrical balloon. The hips are also asymmetrical. The interpreter Meryem presents Dr. Ayse Kalay as the TOP of doctors, that's not the case! I was taken to the operating room on the bed in the room, right next to the operating table. This is absolutely not a correct procedure in a room where sterility is essential!. Two weeks have passed and my asymmetrical balloon has become an ever-asymmetrical face, but now I have the face of a person who abuses alcohol. I am teetotal. The hips are always asymmetrical. Furthermore, I was blocked by the interpreter Meryem. So I no longer have contact with the clinic. I don't like the result, but evidently for them customer satisfaction is not important! After you have paid they can easily block you and you will no longer find them. Therefore the CLINIC IS NOT RECOMMENDED! In Turkey there are many better clinics that work seriously, issuing the invoice not after a thousand requests, but at the time of payment.

From the airport pick up to the airport drop off the organisation and logistics was efficient. The airport drivers all so good and they gave me hotspot to wifi. My doctor, Dr Ayse Kalay is very friendly and ever smiling and very good and extremely skilled in what she does. She is very passionate and made me feel valued. The English interpreters oooh I can’t remember all their names but Mustafa was amazing. Everytime I got to the hospital there was someone already waiting for me at the door. Everything was on time and the service at Erderm hospital is absolutely fantastic. The nurses were all very nice and always smiling as well as the kitchen staff, cleaners etc. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

Esperienza molto gradevole. Ho ottenuto un buon trattamento per il mio trapianto di capelli, cura nell’attenzione dei dettagli, personale carino ed educato, Medhi si è dimostrato un ottimo intermediario e molto serio. Quello che mi è stato raccomandato ho ottenuto, dall’aeroporto all’hotel fino in clinica e viceversa. Se in futuro dovessi avere una nuova necessità ovviamente ci tornerei volentieri. Consigliatissimo. Mi spiace non poter mettere più stelle.

I travelled to this hospital to have my tummy tuck, muscle repair and lipo suction, my experience has been great, can’t fault it. The staff have been very professional and friendly. I found the hospital to be clean and in nice condition. Definitely no regrets, I have felt very safe to be in there hands as I travelled alone.

Innanzitutto ho avuto un ottima accoglienza, l'operazione è risultata in modo fantastico. Il personale della struttura molto educato, puntuale e rispettoso. Dal contatto dall' Italia alla Turchia ho avuto un ottima impressione. Esperienza riuscita molto bene; ritornero' per altro.

Don't go to this hospital. Scammers and not at all professional, they leave you sold, and if you have a problem they do not take responsibility. Pay attention to the reviews and don't make the same mistake as me. Apart from that, the laws of this country do not support foreigners who are going to undergo any operation.

Meine haartransplantation vom August 2023 in Istanbul bei der Klinik Erdem, war super verlaufen, das Team hat mich immer gefragt ob alles gut ist, sehr freundlich, ich bin positive überrascht, shuttle,personal, Ärzte/in, hotel einfach top, kann es wirklich jedem empfehlen

Tout s'est déroulé de façon absolument impeccable, que ce soit mon premier contact via whatsapp, monsieur Firas El Ghoul, avec qui j'ai pu échanger pendant tout mon séjour et que j'ai même rencontré en personne. Les chauffeurs entre chaque transfert étaient aimables et courtois. L'hôtel tout à fait luxueux et le service au top. A l'hôpital (Erdem Istambul), les infirmières très douces et délicates dans leur manœuvres, c'était très appréciable. Tout était propre. Chaque interlocuteur était de bonne volonté. Enfin, le point le plus bouleversant, mon opération, la chirurgienne a fait sur mon visage un miracle au delà de mes rêves les plus ambitieux. Je m'explique, mon nez était asymétrique (tordu), crochu par la pointe, des narines largement dilatées avec une forme de patate difforme jusqu'en haut du nez, le tout couronné par une bosse. Le docteur Mina m'a redonné vie grâce à mon nouveau nez qui voisine avec la perfection. Tout a été corrigé en totalité. J'ai un nez discret, qui passe inaperçu tellement qu'il fait naturel sur mon visage. Je n'avais jamais imaginé, même en cas d'opération très bien exécutée, un si beau résultat. C'est grâce a ce merveilleux résultat que je peux aujourd'hui mener de beaux jours dans la joie et la bonne humeur. Je ne remercierais jamais assez le docteur Mina et lui souhaite autant de bonheur que celui qu'elle offre à ses patients. Je ne l'oublierai jamais. Toute ma gratitude, encore merci à ceux qui ont contribué à mon expérience idyllique. Merci Firas.

5 star the best service , food , hotel, transport everything is catered for ( Gul Nawaz) is excellent .The hair transplant was simple and easy the coordinators speak English and very helpful Maryam Abdi K. The hotel staff are attentive and food is great. Highly recommended and definitely coming back for dental treatment.

I came here from England on my own for surgery with Dr Ayse Kalay. I was very nervous and scared travelling alone. From the start Ozlem has been there for me throughout the whole process, always just a message away to answer any questions and put my mind at ease, such a kind lady and nothing is ever to much ,I also can’t thank Ocal the translator enough. He has gone above and beyond to help me on so many occasions and I don’t think I would have managed without his help and reassurance. The hospital and nurses are all lovely to. Dr Ayse kalay is one amazing kind lady who has given me my dream body and I can’t thank her enough.
